How long does delivery take to Delhi NCR, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand?
Each product page shows its own Ships in time — the days we need to finish and pack your piece. After dispatch, typical courier transit times are:
Delhi NCR (New Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad, Faridabad): 7–10 working days
Uttar Pradesh (Lucknow, Kanpur, Agra, Varanasi, Prayagraj, Meerut, Bareilly, Aligarh, Moradabad, Gorakhpur and other towns): 7–15 working days
Uttarakhand (Dehradun, Haridwar, Rishikesh, Roorkee, Haldwani, Rudrapur, Nainital and other towns): 7–15 working days

Is delivery free?
Yes. Delivery is free on every order, to every serviceable pin code in Delhi NCR, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand and the rest of India. There is no minimum order value.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available on eligible orders, along with UPI, debit and credit cards and net banking.
Do you deliver to my pin code?
We deliver to most serviceable pin codes. If your pin code isn't covered by our courier partners, we'll let you know within one working day of your order and refund you in full.
How should I plan orders for Diwali, Dhanteras or a griha pravesh?
Festive weeks are the busiest time for couriers across North India. Order mandirs, diyas, tealight holders and gifts at least 2–3 weeks before the date, and check the estimated delivery dates for your pin code before you pay. What if a piece arrives damaged?
Write to care@themillessahome.com within 5 days of delivery with photos of the box and the piece. Pickup is free for damaged, defective or wrong items, and we'll replace or refund. Change-of-mind returns carry a ₹199 reverse-pickup fee, and personalised or made-to-order pieces can't be returned.
